We have 5 air-conditioned Apartments (Maisonettes), built in a combination of 2 buildings, with independent entrance for each apartment. The property is located on the seafront, has its own pier and private parking.
We have direct access from the main road and the sea and are located in the middle of the settlement.
Each apartment has its own, private entrance. The apartments are all the same internally. Their size is 62 square meters – ground floor and first floor.
The kitchen has 2 electric hobs, one large and one small, microwave, water kettle and toaster.
There is also a wooden table with 4 chairs food. In the living room next to the kitchen, the sofa can be converted into 2 comfortable single beds with anatomical mattresses. There is a bathroom and a shower. Going up the marble staircase, we meet the large fitted wardrobe that can be used without having to enter the bedroom. The bedroom is very comfortable and has its own bathroom with a comfortable shower and hairdryer. In each apartment there are 2 balconies (one up and one down) with a table and 2 chairs on each balcony.
All Apartments have air conditioning upstairs and fans on the ground floor that are only available when 4 people are staying.
The interiors are large, comfortable and cool because special insulation has been used in the construction of the buildings.
All windows are aluminum with double glazing and mosquito nets.
Outside there is a beautiful garden and flower beds with flowers.
The pool is comfortable, in dimensions: 12m. length and 6m. width. The depth starts from 0.80cm and the deepest point ends at 2m. The children’s pool has a depth of 0.45cm.
The sunbeds have mattresses and covers.
Next to the pool there is a Bar that is always ready to offer you everything you need. You can enjoy coffee, drinks, snacks, ice creams and refreshing Cocktails, overlooking the sea and the quiet bay of Vlychos. Free WI-FI is available in the area around the pool and the Bar.
Going down the stone steps to the sea and the pier, you have another small garden with beautiful roses and fresh vegetables used in the Bar.
