
We started our olive Factory in 1997 using old type machines (stones, presses, ovens), which made the oil production process time consuming with the increase of production.
For this reason and also wanting to enhance and ensure the quality of olive oil we produce, in 2002 we decided to replace our machines with centrifugal type machines and to modernize our production unit in general.
After this transition, the production of olive oil increased quantitatively while we maintained and maintain the high levels of quality of the olive oil produced.
In 2012, after operations, the operation of our olive factory was approved as organic and today we operate consistently and with confidence to the producers-farmers who turn to us with the aim of producing an excellent quality olive oil.
