Olga Manolitsi is a chef at Nikiana of Lefkada. A native of Lefkada and a lover of the island’s culinary tradition. She draws her inspiration from the simple and authentic recipes she learned from her grandmother and mother.
For 43 years he managed the family business “To Bakaliko me ta Kaloudia” in the coastal village of Nikiana.
She collaborated with the online news site My Lefkada by filming the show “My Lefkada Chef” which had a huge impact inside and outside of Lefkada.
She is a founding member of the Chefs Club of Attica where she is responsible for traditional cuisine. At the 10th Horeca exhibition, she curated and presented the Lefkada Breakfast with exclusive Lefkada dishes as part of the Greek Breakfast.
She has taken part in the gastronomy festivals of Lefkada, holding honorary diplomas of participation.
She has been awarded by the Union of the Ionian Islands of Greece, in the context of the dedication to the Ionian Islands Gastronomy, for her contribution to the dissemination of culture and traditional gastronomy. For her contribution, she was also awarded a commendation by UNESCO of Piraeus and Islands.
