First level
Indoor space
Starting from the parking lot and after crossing the large, wooden entrance, you can see the Mediterranean plain in a beautiful first place, ideal for welcoming your guests. then, going up to the highest level, you meet the closed hall with the suite of the newlyweds and the chapel.
The indoor space, which can accommodate 380 people, is dominated by natural stone and wood, discreet lighting and works of art. The use of bioclimatic design of the space ensures perfect heating or cooling and ventilation. The overlapping glass curtains give a great view, while the opening roof gives you the opportunity to take advantage of a sweet night with the night starry sky as a luxurious dome.
The enclosed room with the three different levels, acquires even more special character, as it hosts small, cozy relaxation corners with wonderful sofas, leather burgers, handmade throws, luxurious pillows and armchairs, dreamy carpets, small decorative works, the traditional stone fireplace could also be missing.
Honeymoon suite
From the enclosed hall, the magnificent wooden, stone-lined staircase leads to the suite of the newlyweds.
It is dominated by the rich tones of wood, handmade furniture, delicate taste and very careful decorations and works of art that give a completely special feeling, making you feel warm and romantic since nothing reminds the cold and impersonal feeling of hotels.
The continuous bathroom and the fully equipped kitchenette functionally complete the space. The ecological philosophy of the Estate is reflected here as well.
In addition to the excellent quality natural materials that build the space, you are provided with breakfast in the suite with organic products of the estate, while the care cosmetics offered are all selected based on their organic ingredients. The suite in addition to the accommodation of the newlyweds, can be used freely by your guests and in any other event (party, christening, etc.) for freshen up.
Church
The beautifully hagiographed Holy Temple of the Resurrection, the picturesque church of the Estate, can be used for weddings and baptisms. It is uniquely hagiographed, while its handmade iconostasis dominates the space. Rituals can be performed either indoors or outdoors, always with the same enthusiasm and reverence.
Parking Space
Within the estate and in contact with the main areas, there is a fenced and landscaped area of four acres, capable of accommodating, without a double row, 160 cars.
Second level
The second level, an area of two acres, is ideal for any kind of event, especially in the summer months. It can accommodate up to 500 makes and 1500 standing people.
In the open area with the lawn, the stone waterfall with its melodic purr and crowned by climbing ivy, delimits the space. The stone with which it was formed comes from the very space of the estate, while its hidden lighting at night creates a magical, dreamy image. The panoramic view is magnificent and steals the show. Third level
On the third level, the pool “balcony in the Mediterranean” dominates.
The unobstructed view to Peania, Markopoulo, the airport and the Evian gulf is breathtaking. The wood, the stone, the trees and the water, blend harmoniously creating an idyllic lounge atmosphere, maintaining its own, special elegance.
Relaxing corners around the pool, framed by trees, striking hidden lighting, special furniture and carefully selected decorative works of art, give a shabby-chic air, with a special emphasis on elegance, elegance, and comfort.
Our place can host any kind of event, reception, buffet, cocktail party, before or after party. Around the pool can accommodate 350 standing people while in the adjacent area with the lawn can also be set up a smaller event of about 200 seated people.
